What are your rates?

Rates vary by practice and patient volume. Please call to discuss rates.

Do insurance checks and patient payments go to the billing office?

All checks/payments will continue to be sent to the physician's office. Our office will receive a copy of all checks/payments and patient EOBs for posting payments.

How often are claims processed? 

All claims will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the claim.

Can you remotely access our practice management software? 

Yes, we can use the existing practice management software or we can use our billing software to process claims.

How often do you provide reports?

We will provide reports on a regular basis, but they are always available by request.  

Do you send out patient bills/statements?

Yes, we will send out patient statements monthly.

Do you handle patient inquiries?

Yes, we will address all billing questions your patients may have.
